Dialog requires a Change Manager with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to undertake a range of people-focused service delivery assignments in Brisbane. To be successful in this role, Dialog seeks people who have demonstrated expertise in the following:

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Apply the OCMCE’s structured change management and communication methodology and framework to develop a customised and scaled approach for managing the impact of projects or initiatives
  • Design targeted communication campaigns to effectively communicate change to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a tailored set of change management and communication artefacts and plans to ensure benefits of the program can be realised and embedded
  • Captures communication, change and training requirements and developing a plan to implement
  • Implement mechanisms for capturing, analysing and evaluating the change and communication effort and implement improvements and corrections in a timely manner
  • Support, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and address complex issues to support change
Skills and Capabilities
  • Experience working in a project environment with demonstrated knowledge of change and/or project management methodology, such as PROSCI, KOTTER, CHAMPS2, PRINCE2 or PMBoK, AGILE
  • Experience in supporting the creation of change management and communication artefacts e.g. Stakeholder impact analysis and engagement plans, communications and training plans
  • Experience executing change management plans and communications campaigns
  • Experience building consensus and campaigning for change across all functional areas within a business
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management and engagement activities within a project environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the ADKAR model (or other change management methodology), and its application in achieving adoption and usage is highly desirable
  • Experience and prior working knowledge of the heavy vehicle / transport industry and regulatory environment is highly desirable
  • Industry-recognised qualifications and/or relevant experience in change management and engagement is highly desirable
