You will need to have excellent communications skills, a high competency with software including Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to work in a high pressure environment.  The successful applicant will also display time management and organisational skills, be proactive with workloads and be able to work cohesively in a team environment for the Dialog Group that consists of Dialog Information Technology and AccessHQ.

Responsibilities include:
  • Set up and manage project job codes and check validity of documents to support set up
  • Monitor usage of consultant time across multiple project codes for accuracy of billing
  • Process weekly timesheets and post to General Ledger
  • Provide utilisation reports for each service brand
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to the Regional / General Manager and their respective Account Executive teams for each service brand
  • Monthly invoicing and debt collection
  • Purchase Order audit against project codes
  • Cab Charge reconciliation
  • Liaise with parent Company finance dept in relation to invoicing/reporting queries.
  • Handling adhoc administrative requests and queries from Regional and General Manager.
We are looking for an organised and highly capable person who has: 
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Familiarity with preparing reports, database entry and documentation
  • Demonstrated reliability and a positive can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with sound organisational and time management skills
  • Minimum of three years’ demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications desirable
