Dialog requires an ICT Coordinator Support Officer with excellent communication skills to assist with maintaining a detailed program of work within ICT.

Dialog seeks people who have these capabilities:
  • Familiar with change management release protocols for a complex, multi-platform software environment
  • Experience maintaining programme boards
  • Proven experience in monitoring, communicating, mitigating and escalating technical dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical issues to non-technical personnel.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required
  • Must hold minimum baseline or NV1 security clearance
