Dialog enjoys long-term relationships with Australia’s Peak Government and Corporate organisations.  Dialog requires ICT Professional Services Account Executives with considerable commercial IT solutions sales experience to assist in the continued expansion with the Canberra Government and Corporate sectors.

Those selected for these exciting roles will have a deep understanding of the Commonwealth Government, its major participants, their approach to services procurement and vendor performance requirements.
An understanding of, and experience in the full applications development lifecycle including agile methodologies will be an advantage.

Strong existing experience working in a Business Development / Sales / ICT Professional Services Delivery capacity is essential.
The successful applicant will:
  • Know what it takes to sell and successfully deliver ICT services - including assignments, managed services and projects into Government.
  • Draw on a sound understanding of the client's business needs, demonstrate the ability to match Dialog's services to those needs.
  • Have a wide range of personal contacts in Canberra.
  • Excel at maintaining and developing existing account relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and flexible environment with like-minded professionals, contributing always to team and personal success.
People Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, encourage diverse ideas and build successful delivery teams.
  • Take responsibility for and participate in staff recruitment, development and retention within Dialog's Project Teams.
  • Provide outstanding support to Dialog's delivery teams to ensure high quality outcomes for the client.
  • The position is based in Canberra - working from Dialog's Deakin office.
