Dialog requires multiple Pega Architects with excellent communication skills to work on mid-range development projects.

Dialog seeks people who have these capabilities:

Essential Capabilities
  • At least 10 years of experience in a professional services delivery role
  • At least 4 years of experience in Pega
  • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM)/Business Rules Engines (BRE) and Business Transformation
  • Experience in sizing and framing the delivery approach for new opportunities
  • Ability to provide business architecture and solution design
  • Excellent facilitation and elicitation skills to gather requirements using a range of methods including one-on-one discussions, workshops, JAD sessions
  • Experience in undertaking technical feasibility of the elicited requirements by working with the development team and solution architects.
  • Experience in reviewing artefacts such as
    • High level and detailed Functional requirements specifications document
    • Requirements traceability matrix
    • Technical services specification document
    • Detailed system use cases and activity diagrams
    • Detailed UI screens designs and screen specifications
  • Experience in reviewing production release test plan and test cases
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and deliver quality work in agreed timeframes
  • Pega Certified Systems Architect(CSA)
Desirable Capabilities
  • Worked on at least 2 end to end Pega implementations
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering Projects using Agile delivery approach
  • Pega Certified Business Architect(CPBA)
