Dialog requires a Technical Business Analyst with excellent communication, technical and problem-solving skills to undertake a range of service delivery assignments in Brisbane.

Dialog seeks people who have demonstrated expertise in the following:

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Determine the needs of users to create a cost effective and sustainable support model for consumers of data using Power BI as the primary tool
  • Work with the Change and Communications Manager to develop an implementation plan for the support model
  • Source off the shelf technical and training support products and/or services where appropriate
  • Develop technical and training support products to address specific needs
  • Work with the Change and Communications Manager to leverage “crowd support” methods to reduce overall cost of support provision and to engender a savvy intelligence culture within the business
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Have an excellent command of the English language
  • Implement mechanisms for capturing, analysing and evaluating the support effort and implement improvements and corrections in a timely manner
  • Support, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and address complex issues to support change
Skills and Capabilities
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing support models in an IT environment, including metrics to assess the performance of the support model in operation
  • Proven technical writing skills and ability to manage the development and maintenance of technical products
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support and/or training environments
  • Industry-recognised qualifications and/or relevant experience in ITIL or ISO 20000 is highly desirable
